Terms of Service — wallet.heylogram.com

Last updated: 2026-08-28

In short

Heylogram Wallet is a non-custodial crypto wallet. Your keys stay on your device only. We cannot access them, copy them, or recover them. These terms apply once you start using the wallet.

What the service is and is not

We do not hold or custody funds for you, provide investment services, act as a broker, or initiate any transaction on your behalf. You approve and sign every transaction. Nothing in the wallet is investment advice.

Your keys are your responsibility

If you lose your recovery phrase and password, you permanently lose access to your wallet and its assets. We hold no copy and there is no reset.

We will never ask you for your recovery phrase, password, or private key. Anyone who does is a scammer.

  • Store your recovery phrase offline, with a backup
  • Read what you are signing before you sign it
  • Verify the address before sending

Blockchain transactions are irreversible

Once a transaction is broadcast, neither we nor anyone else can cancel, reverse, or redirect it. Wrong address, wrong network, and wrong amount are your responsibility. Network fees are paid to the blockchain, not to us.

No warranty

The software is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for losses arising from a bug, a third-party outage, network congestion, a compromise of your device, or a transaction you approved.

Prohibited use

Do not use the wallet for unlawful purposes, to move someone else's assets without permission, for fraud, or in violation of laws that apply to you.

Third-party apps

Sites you connect to through the wallet are not ours. Only our own apps receive the "Heylogram app · verified" badge. A valid Heylogram name does not make a site safe — names are sold to users.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current text lives on this page and inside the app under Settings.
